With a mission of doing unto others as we would have done unto ourselves, the Biblical parable of the Good Samaritan is within keeping of our desire for "all things neighborly".
I've actually wanted to share this story for some time and recorded the episode almost three weeks prior to publishing it to the podcast. I felt as though it needed a little more depth, so I put pen to paper and shared a little more about this parable that spoke to me and speaks to the nature of the true Good Neighbor. God our Creator, has a plan for each of us, and His son Jesus Christ is the one leading us with the scripture that captures the parable He uses to describe who is our neighbor.
The scripture reading comes from the Holy Bible, the King James Version is being referenced, and our parable is found in the Book of Luke, chapter 10. We go into chapter 18 for a little extra discussion regarding the word "good".
I share my thoughts of a Good Neighbor and I hope that you will find this episode to be encouraging and enlightening.
